This Washington wedding captured on Super8 Film was truly one for the books. If I had to describe their day in just one word it would be Joy. I mean, look through these photos!!!! Their laughter and happiness shines through the photos and I was HONORED to be apart of their day!!!
THEIR WEDDING DAY
Their wedding day began tucked away in a countryside Airbnb, where a garden-like yard created the dreamiest setting for portraits. The space felt lush and quiet, full of greenery and soft light. It was the perfect place to ease into the day and capture those early, intimate moments. Here they did their “first look” which was less staged (they casually walked up to each other) which opened up more room for again… Joy. This moment really captured the day like they wanted it to. They felt as if a staged first look was not for them and I honestly loved it.
From there, the celebration moved to a charming venue filled with thoughtful details! farm flowers, delicate lace, and vintage touches that added so much warmth and personality. The whole day felt colorful and inviting, with a kind of effortless style that made everyone feel at home. It was one of those weddings where everything just felt alive, joyful, and completely true to them.
SUPER8
Throughout the day, I was also capturing their love on SUPER8!!! Their wedding film was fully filmed on super8 which was the perfect way to capture their day. The soft, nostalgic feel brought everything to life in such an honest way, preserving not just how it looked, but how it felt to be there. I am a biggggg fan of super8 and think Hally & Quinns wedding on super8 film was so special.
